Ayia Napa is not known for its universities or its student life, however it is the party central of Cyprus so entertainment and experiences are guaranteed. Though most students live in other cities, they make their way to Ayia Napa on the weekends or they rent flats in the summertime and enjoy a couple of months there. As the party central of Cyprus it is expected for it to have the best of the best in bars and clubs, and it lives up to such high expectations. To be honest, the choices for shopping are not great in Ayia Napa. They have one strip mall on the main road but most of the shops you will find there and around there are souvenir shops. Below are some of the bigger shops you can visit, however for a better and varied shopping experience, I recommend going to the other cities on the island.
