It is believed that women who swim in the pool at the bottom of the waterfall will regain youth, beauty and fertility. And for the men that swim in the pool they will become strong as the god of beauty. This is the perfect place to enjoy a nice cold dip in the legendary waters of the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the nature that surrounds it.

Aphrodite Rock

The enormous rocks are said to be the birthplace of the goddess of beauty and love, Aphrodite. Mythology says that she rose from the foam of the sea waters that crashed on those rocks. Another legend states that that is the rock that a local hero threw to ward off invading enemies. Though it is forbidden to climb the rock itself, locals and tourists can enjoy their stay on the beach below the rock. There is a superstition regarding the rock, it is believed that whoever swims around the rock 3 times successfully, then they will find true love. However, this is not recommended to do as the waters can get rough.
Paphos Harbour

Surrounding the harbour are fish meze restaurants where you can enjoy the most fresh seafood from the catch of the day of the fishermen who leave their boats at the harbour.
